Check In

We require 72-hour notice in advance of scheduled check-in for any cancellation to avoid a potential charge of your entire stay.
$50 deposit on all reservations. Final payment is due upon arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, traveler checks, and cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
Standard check-in is at 3pm and early check-in requests will be considered based on availability of the room.
Check-out is promptly at 11am. Late check-outs will be considered for a nominal fee.

As a courtesy to guests with allergies, we do not allow pets. We can make recommendations for boarding your pet locally.

All rooms are non-smoking and smoking is not allowed within 30 feet of the rooms March – November. Please use designated smoking areas provided.
Guest is responsible for the care and safety of their children, money, jewelry, or other valuables.
There is a $100 cleaning/damage fee for the cottage in the event the kitchen is not cleaned prior to departure or there is damage beyond normal wear and tear. We must have a credit card on file for rental of this unit.

Guests enjoy the peace and tranquility of our property at night. Please respect other guests by observing quiet time 10pm – 8am.
