Reservations: A credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking. Reservations guaranteed by a credit card expiring prior to the reservation dates will only be held until the expiration date of the card unless you provide updated credit card information. Persons making a reservation without a credit card will be required to make a deposit within 7 days in the amount of 50% of the total stay for any stay longer than 1 night. Guests staying 1 night will be required to make full payment. Deposits may be made by money order, cashier's check, or cash if in person. You will be charged additional amounts if cancellation policies are not correctly followed.

Cancellations:You will be charged a minimum of 25% of the total stay for any cancellation made less than 30 days prior to the check-in time. A 48 hour notice prior to check-in time is required to avoid a charge of the total stay. No charges will be made if the room is re-rented.

Payments:  Payment is due upon arrival by cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or travelers checks only.  No personal checks will be accepted.   NO REFUNDS made after check-in.

Room Rates:  All Room Rates are based on 2 to 5 adults, the Cottage Rate is based on 6 adults.   Any additional persons age 16 or older will be charged $5.00 each.  Children under age 16 stay FREE with their family.  There is a $10.00 charge for cribs or roll-a-way beds.  We require a $5.00 per key cash deposit.  The deposit will be refunded upon return of all room keys.

Smoking:  All rooms are SMOKE FREE.  SMOKE FREE ZONE within 30 feet of buildings. Shelters are provided. $50 fine for any breach of this policy.

Pets:  Pets ARE NOT ALLOWED in any room or in the lobby. Pets ARE NOT ALLOWED on the grounds without prior permission. $50 fine for any breach of this policy.  We reserve the right to refuse to allow any or all animals and the right to terminate your stay without refund for any infraction.  Please call for more information.

Quiet Time:  10:00 PM to 8:00 AM – no exceptions.

Pool Hours:  UNDER AGE 18 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM – ADULTS 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.  Our outdoor heated pool is for registered guests only.  There is no lifeguard on duty at any time.  Children under age 14 must always be supervised by an adult guest.

Guest Visitors:  Our registered guests are welcome to have daytime visitors.  Visitors must be accompanied by a registered guest at all times and must vacate the premises by 10:00 PM each day.

Housekeeping:  Limited housekeeping is provided daily to guests staying more than one night.

Telephones:  We do not provide in-room phones, but do provide a public phone with free 911 emergency calls, and are happy to take messages in the office for your convenience.
